Comprised of one Director and four division heads, SFIVET's management team is responsible
for establishing the objectives and structure of SFIVET's Basic Training, Continuing
Training and R&D activities. The Director reports to the SFIVET Board on matters
relating to operational management. She also represents SFIVET in its external relations.
